Re-Member takes the pain out of managing membership data for almost any type of organization that needs to maintain a database of members. Whether it is a social or sports club, religious organization or an NGO, Re-Member can make directory management a breeze.

And it's not just membership management, Re-Member makes it easy to broadcast announcements to the entire directory or send out promotional material to your members. Re-Member can automatically send out birthday or other greetings to the members and do many other things.

Features

LOGIN

Access to the application is controlled with an easy to remember user defined 4-digit PIN. No need to remember and key in long passwords.

DASHBOARD

All the major features of the app are accessible from the dashboard by simply tapping on large, clearly labeled icons. Ease of use has been the primary concern when designing the application interface.

EVENTS

Tapping on the Events tab inside Notifications will display details of upcoming events at the club. There is a RSVP feature to confirm your attendance.

BIRTHDAYS

Names of fellow members who have their birthdays on the day are displayed here. You can call or send them a text message right from the application.

ANNIVERSARIES

Names of fellow members who have their wedding anniversary on the day are displayed here. You can call or send them a text message right from the application.

NEWS

General announcements that the club would like to broadcast to all members can be found displayed here.

DIRECTORY

A full list of all the members of the club is available here. You can search for a specific member by his name or profession.

BILLS

Monthly bills can be viewed here. We will shortly enable bill payment also through the app.

FEEDBACK

A user can choose to send a Feedback about any facility in the institution or even give his rating for an event conducted by the institution.

ABOUT

Besides details of your institution you can get a list of all the office bearers of the institution as well as see names of affiliated institutions. This is especially useful when you travel to other cities and need to find out the contact details. Search can be done by state, place name etc.

Photos from club events can be viewed from the app and moreover members can themselves upload photos from their phone
